Fechner Day 2008 will be held July 29 - August 1, 2008 in Toronto. The meeting will begin with its opening reception on Tuesday evening, July 29th, and continue to early Friday evening, August 1st. Visit the Fechner Day 2008 conference website for full information.

Events planned:Optional special events planned include:
- trip to Niagara Falls with a stop at a vineyard for ice wine tasting;
- taking in a baseball game at the domed stadium (first come, first served tickets);
- enjoying a performance of the hit musical, "Dirty Dancing" (first come, first served tickets); and
- enjoying open-air theatre, "A Midsummer Night's Dream¡± in High Park.
In addition, the weekends before and after the conference offer very special opportunities:
- the preceding weekind is the climax of the major Toronto Beaches International Jazz Festival, with ongoing free jazz performances; and
- immediately following the conference on Saturday, is the free Caribana Day Parade, a Caribbean carnival-style parade of colours, costumes and pageantry.
